Performance management software becoming more widely adopted
Talentmanagement101.com recently polled over 20,000 HR professionals on the emerging trend toward implementing centralized employee performance management software. The results show that many US companies still use paper based review processes (if they have a process at all). However, many firms expect to adopt new enterprise performance management software solutions over the next 18 months. The survey polled HR professionals on the amount of time spent conducting performance reviews, what their review process is like, what solutions they currently use, and some of the best practices and roadblocks uncovered in implementing a sound performance review process.
